The BET organization strives to provide value to the corporation by efficiently and effectively using our resources to facilitate the development and implementation of projects affecting corporate systems and applications. Due to the increasing numbers of project and work order requests we have developed the Project Request Process, in conjuction with Prioritization Steering Team (PST), to streamline project submittal and approval. This will allow us to focus on those projects approved by the PST, which are strategically aligned and have significant impact to the corporation and/or business areas. |
