GIS Project/WorkOrder Initiation

GIS strives to deliver easy to use, business and technology solutions to enable StorageTek's success. We have developed the Project and WorkOrder Initiation processes to ensure we are efficiently and effectively using our resources. These processes allow us to focus our attention on work which supports the corporate strategic goals and has been approved and prioritized by our business partners.

How do I know if I have a Project Request or a WorkOrder?

If your request will require $20K or more of IT spending (including expenditures for IT consulting fees, services, hardware, software, development, etc.) or more than 200 hours to complete the work, contact your area's Business Development Manager to jointly develop the Project Request and Business Case documents.

Otherwise, submit a WorkOrder.

See Project or WorkOrder initiation information below for additional instructions on how to submit your request.
