Monitoring Strategy
Pro-Active Monitoring provides a
central point of contact to pro-actively respond to and/or
involve the appropriate support group to increase IT system and
network availability.
This strategy enables IT
professionals the ability to pinpoint the trouble area and
respond to the issues prior to a down situation for the
customer.
The monitoring is available at the process level
up through and including the network.
Future enhancements will enable StorageTek to monitor to
the storage device level, truly providing end-to-end monitoring
for availability.
