Apart from having its own Advance Box Office, Her Majestys has access to an extensive advance sale distribution network which covers the entire Sydney Region as well as the majority of the State of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Group and party bookings can be accessed through targeted mailing lists and specific promotional campaigns. As part of the overall marketing effort the Theatre has access to a fully computerised sophisticated Phone room with 120 lines to secure bookings 7 days a week.

Every two months, the Theatre activities are advertised in a 4 colour entertainment guide which has a distribution of 35,000. As well, a number of signage positions are available on the Theatre and surrounding buildings.
